GRIEF-CARE

Our Grief and Bereavement support group is designed to help you connect with people also dealing with the loss of a loved one.  Attending a grief support group session can help you connect with other people working through grief.  Our Grief Care support groups do not replace professional care for depression and anxiety that may develop with grief. Still, they can offer support in addition to that a mental health professional provides.  

 

CCCGC support groups are not a substitute for emergency services. In the event of a mental health emergency — if you or someone you know is considering suicide or self-harm — you can:

  • Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-8255.

  • Call 911

  • Go to your nearest emergency room.​
